Cancellation Policy

Cancellation by Client

- Cancellations made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled charter date will receive a full refund of the deposit via the original payment method.

-Cancellations made within 14 days of the scheduled charter date will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

*Please note that our bookings are often made months in advance, and the retention of deposits is necessary to cover the costs associated with turning away potential clients. Thank you for your understanding.

Cancellation (Due to Inclement Weather)

- In the event that the Captain cancels the charter due to inclement weather or unsafe conditions, both the Captain and client will communicate to reschedule for a new date.

-If the rescheduled date is not feasible for the client's schedule, a full refund of the deposit will be issued via the original payment method.
